Naudojimosi programėle "Vėjas" taisyklės

  1. KAS MES ESAME?
    1. Programėlės "Vėjas" (toliau – Programėlė) savininkė, administratorė ir valdytoja yra MB "Išmanūs technologiniai sprendimai". MB "Išmanūs technologiniai sprendimai" yra registruota Skalvių g. 27-1, LT-48190 Kaunas, įmonės kodas 306222217, tel.: +370 663 77387, el. paštas info@vejas-app.lt, www.vejas-app.lt (toliau – Įmonė).
  2. BENDROSIOS NUOSTATOS
    1. Programėlės naudotojas patvirtina, jog susipažino ir sutinka su šiomis naudojimosi taisyklėmis (toliau – Taisyklės) ir įsipareigoja jų laikytis. Jeigu naudotojas nesutinka su Taisyklėmis, jis negali naudotis Programėle.
    2. Taisyklių naujausia redakcija yra skelbiama Programėlėje ir interneto svetainėje www.vejas-app.lt. Paskutinės korekcijos data nurodyta taisyklių pabaigoje. Taisyklės gali būti bet kada vienašališkai keičiamos atsižvelgiant į teisės aktų nustatytus reikalavimus, programinės įrangos funkcionalumo pokyčius ar kitas nenumatytas aplinkybes, kurios gali turėti įtakos programėlės funkcionavimui, apie pakeitimus pranešant Programėlėje ir interneto svetainėje www.vejas-app.lt. Taisyklių pakeitimai įsigalioja nuo jų paskelbimo dienos. Jei Programėlės naudotojas po Taisyklių nuostatų pakeitimų paskelbimo ir toliau naudojasi programėle, laikoma, kad jis sutinka su visais Taisyklių pakeitimais.
  3. PROGRAMĖLĖS VALDYMAS
    1. Programėlės naudotojas negali koreguoti, platinti, kopijuoti Programėlėje esančių duomenų. Visos teisės į Programėlę, Programėlės logotipą ir kitus Įmonės prekės ženklus, Programėlėje esantį turinį yra saugomi. Betkokia forma naudojant Programėlę komerciniais tikslais būtinas Įmonės sutikimas.
    2. Įmonė savo nuožiūra be išankstinio įspėjimo turi teisę:
  4. ATSAKOMYBĖ
    1. Įmonė, jos atstovai ir partneriai nėra atsakingi už jokią žalą, kurią Programėlės naudotojas gali patirti dėl naudojimosi Programėle. Įmonė neprisiima atsakomybės dėl naudojamos telefoninės įrangos veikimo, ryšio sutrikimų ar kitų kliūčių.
    2. Programėlė atvaizduoja realaus laiko viešojo transporto judėjimo duomenis iš viešai prieinamų šaltinių ir nėra atsakinga už šių duomenų patikimumą.

Programėlės "Vėjas" privatumo politika

  2. BENDROSIOS NUOSTATOS
    1. Programėlės naudotojas patvirtina, jog susipažino ir sutinka su šiomis privatumo politikos taisyklėmis (toliau – Privatumo politika). Jeigu naudotojas nesutinka su Privatumo politika, jis negali naudotis Programėle.
    2. Taisyklių naujausia redakcija yra skelbiama Programėlėje ir interneto svetainėje www.vejas-app.lt. Paskutinės korekcijos data nurodyta Privatumo politikos pabaigoje. Privatumo politika gali būti bet kada vienašališkai keičiamos atsižvelgiant į teisės aktų nustatytus reikalavimus, programinės įrangos funkcionalumo pokyčius ar kitas nenumatytas aplinkybes, kurios gali turėti įtakos programėlės funkcionavimui, apie pakeitimus pranešant Programėlėje ir interneto svetainėje www.vejas-app.lt. Privatumo politikos pakeitimai įsigalioja nuo jų paskelbimo dienos. Jei Programėlės naudotojas po Privatumo politikos nuostatų pakeitimų paskelbimo ir toliau naudojasi programėle, laikoma, kad jis sutinka su visais pakeitimais.
  3. INFORMACIJA APIE NAUDOTOJĄ
    1. Įmonė Programėlės naudotojo sutikimu renka ir kitaip tvarko šiuos duomenis: vardą ir pavardę, elektroninį paštą.
    2. Programėlės naudotojų duomenys (lytis, amžiaus kategorija, miestas, šalis), neidentifikuojant naudotojų tapatybės, yra naudojami analitikos tikslu. Šių duomenų šaltinis yra „Google“ analitikos sistema, kuri pateikia anonimizuotus ir agreguotus duomenis statistikos pavidalu, kuriuos Įmonė naudoja programėlės naudojimo analizės tikslu.
    3. Programėlės naudotojas turi teisę prašyti, kad duomenų valdytojas leistų susipažinti su Programėlės naudotojo asmens duomenimis ir juos ištaisytų arba ištrintų, arba apribotų duomenų tvarkymą, arba teisę nesutikti, kad duomenys būtų tvarkomi, taip pat teisę į duomenų perkeliamumą. Programėlės naudotojas taip pat turi teisę pateikti skundą priežiūros institucijai (Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai).
    4. Surinkti asmens duomenys Programėlėje tvarkomi vadovaujantis 2016 m. balandžio 27 d. Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos reglamentu (ES) 2016/679 dėl fizinių asmenų apsaugos tvarkant asmens duomenis ir dėl laisvo tokių duomenų judėjimo ir kuriuo panaikinama Direktyva 95/46/EB (Bendrasis duomenų apsaugos reglamentas) bei kitais taikytinais Europos Sąjungos ir Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktais ir Įmonės taisyklėmis.

„Vėjas“ application Terms of Use

  1. INTRODUCTION
    1. The owner, administrator and manager of "Vėjas" app (hereinafter – Application) is MB „Išmanūs technologiniai sprendimai“. MB „Išmanūs technologiniai sprendimai“ is registered Skalvių st. 27-1, LT-48190 Kaunas, company code 306222217, tel.: +370 663 77387, e-mail info@vejas-app.lt, www.vejas-app.lt (hereinafter – Company).
  2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    1. The user of the Application confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") and undertakes to comply with them. If the user does not agree to the Terms, he/she cannot use the Application.
    2. The latest version of the Terms is published in the Application and on the website www.vejas-app.lt. The date of the latest revision is indicated at the end of the Terms. The Terms may be unilaterally amended at any time to comply with legal requirements, changes in the functionality of the software, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the operation of the Application. Any changes to the Terms will be announced in the Application and on the website www.vejas-app.lt. The changes to the Terms come into effect from the date of their publication. If the user continues to use the Application after the publication of the changes to the Terms, it is considered that he/she agrees to all the changes.
  3. APPLICATION MANAGEMENT
    1. The user of the Application cannot modify, distribute, or copy the data contained in the Application. All rights to the Application, the Application logo, and other trademarks of the Company, as well as the content of the Application, are protected. The Company's consent is required for any commercial use of the Application.

    1. The Company, its representatives, and partners are not responsible for any damage that the user of the Application may incur as a result of using the Application. The Company is not responsible for the operation of the phone used, communication failures, or other faults.

"Vėjas" application privacy policy

  1. INTRODUCTION
    1. The owner, administrator and manager of "Vėjas" app (hereinafter – Application) is MB „Išmanūs technologiniai sprendimai“. MB „Išmanūs technologiniai sprendimai“ is registered Skalvių st. 27-1, LT-48190 Kaunas, company code 306222217, tel.: +370 663 77387, e-mail info@vejas-app.lt, www.vejas-app.lt (hereinafter – Company).
  2. GENERAL REGULATIONS
    1. The Application user confirms that they have read and agree to these privacy policy rules (hereinafter - Privacy Policy). If the user does not agree with the Privacy Policy, they cannot use the Application.
    2. The latest version of the rules is published in the Application and on the website www.vejas-app.lt. The date of the latest corrections is indicated at the end of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy may be unilaterally amended at any time in accordance with the requirements established by legal acts, changes in software functionality, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the operation of the Application, with changes being announced in the Application and on the website www.vejas-app.lt. The changes to the Privacy Policy take effect from the day they are announced. If the Application user continues to use the Application after changes to the Privacy Policy, it is considered that they agree to all the changes.
  3. INFORMATION ABOUT THE USER
    1. With the consent of the Application user, the Company collects and processes the following data: name and surname, email address.
    2. User data (gender, age category, city, country), without identifying the identity of the users, is used for analytical purposes. The source of this data is the Google Analytics system, which provides anonymized and aggregated data in the form of statistics, which the Company uses for the purpose of analyzing the use of the Application.
    3. The user of the Application has the right to request that the data controller allows access to the user's personal data in the Application and corrects or deletes them, or restricts data processing, or the right to object to the processing of data, as well as the right to data portability. The user of the Application also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (State Data Protection Inspectorate).
    4. Personal data collected in the Application is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and other applicable European Union and Lithuanian laws and Company rules.
